All art must be submitted as .ai, .pdf, or .psd files to chloe@graveface.com at a resolution minimum of 300dpi.
You may be subject to art prep fees if we need to go beyond standard art preparation/film preparation. This includes but is not limited to: redrawing, resizing from a low-resolution file, converting greyscale to B&W, simplifying/reducing color, and separating color exceeding 30 minutes.

When you submit art, please include specifications on the approximate size and placement of your graphic(s).
You'll be emailed a .jpeg mock-up version of your design on the garment and size specs of the print within 1 business day of submitting the art (or after art preparation if further work needs to be done).
At this point, you’ll be confirming the size/placement/garment you'd like to use. We can advise on those specifications if you’re unsure what to do.

To make changes/revisions to artwork, submit alterations BEFORE approving the final mockup.
Once the mock-up or test print is approved we will start production within 48 hours. Changes after artwork approval may be subject to additional fees.
