Where History Meets the Haunted:
The original Graveface Museum location is Savannah’s first true crime, paranormal, and oddities museum established in 2020. The museum is situated inside the historic, river-front Byck Building (built in 1809) in downtown Savannah.
The Graveface Museum is a unique attraction known for its macabre collection of items acquired over 25 years by founder Ryan Graveface.
Exhibits include an expanse of true crime artifacts, vintage freak taxidermy, sideshow history, the occult, haunted objects, and other memorabilia linked to all things supernatural and/or strange. The museum's ambiance combined with its focus on various intriguing yet unsettling topics creates an atmosphere conducive to paranormal activity and strange experiences.
Since the first year of opening, the Graveface Museum has become known as a hotbed for paranormal activity, explored by investigators all over the United States.
In addition to our regular operating hours, we offer a variety of after-dark tours to explore the museum's paranormal side.
AFTERLIFE AT THE GRAVEFACE MUSEUM
This tour begins before you even enter the property! After your ticket is booked you will be emailed a link to the Graveface Museum’s paranormal case file, compiled by Ryan and Kim Dunn (founders of Afterlife Tours & the Savannah Ghost Research Society). The Dunn’s are the only experts on the history of the building who have investigated paranormal activity at the Graveface Museum extensively. Ryan and Kim’s respect for historical accuracy and their expertise in paranormal investigations make them the perfect team to lead you through the paranormal side of the Graveface Museum.
2.5 hour investigations include:
A guided tour of the museum which will overview exhibits, give context for specific artifacts, answer questions about the collection, and of course point out some of the most active spots/items. (45-60m)
Review the paranormal case file as a group with Ryan Dunn who will also give participants a crash course on how to use the investigation equipment provided.
Exploration time: explore the museum rooms, halls, exhibits, and artifacts with equipment and one or both experts with your group. See what (or who) you may encounter beyond the veil.
